Cancellation and Return Policy

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment by contacting us at info@saltycollector.com as soon as possible after placing your order.

If an order is canceled before it has shipped, a 3% cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund amount. This fee covers non-refundable payment processing costs.

Once an order has been packed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Shipping Timeline

All orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is received, excluding weekends and holidays.

During periods of high order volume or product releases, processing times may vary slightly. Any significant delays will be communicated via email.

Once an order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Orders with a total value over $300 USD will require a signature upon delivery to help ensure secure and successful receipt.

Returns & Final Sale Policy

All sales are final once shipped.

We do not accept returns on sealed Pokémon products.

Important Notes

Orders are shipped in the order they are received.
We are unable to modify or cancel orders once they have entered the shipping process.
Please ensure all shipping information is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, delivery issues, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
Signature requirements may not be waived for qualifying orders.
